Our game includes optional in-game purchases processed securely through Stripe.

• All transactions are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
   
• We do not store your payment information; it is handled directly by Stripe.
   

Some features rely on your real-world location via Google Maps. By using those features, you consent to sharing approximate location data to enable gameplay.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes;
   
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our servers;
   
• Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or malicious content.
   

All game content, visuals, code, and trademarks belong to Shifting Vale Games unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or redistribute our content without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms occasionally. The date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
