Use of Location Data (only for Empire Go) Some features rely on your real-world location via Google Maps. By using those features, you consent to sharing approximate location data to enable gameplay. 4. Acceptable Use You agree not to: Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes; Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our servers; Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or malicious content. 5. Intellectual Property All game content, visuals, code, and trademarks belong to Shifting Vale Games unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or redistribute our content without written permission. 6. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
