Refund Policy
All games and digital products sold through Shifting Vale Games are digital goods. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, all sales are generally final once access to the game or product has been delivered.
We may offer a refund in the following cases:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting us with your order email, product name, and a description of the issue.
We do not offer refunds simply because a customer changed their mind after receiving access to a digital product.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
